After payment your information is stored on secure systems many of which are not connected to the internet. Access is restricted to authorized staff on a need to know basis and controlled by password protected systems.

Payment Options

To pay in person you may bring a check or money order to our office at 1512 E Superior St. To pay online please use you secure payment portal on Appfolio.

Electronic Communication

When you use our website or email us you agree to receive communications from us electronically. Notices agreements and other information may be provided by email or through our website and will meet the requirement that they be in writing.
