2.) 600+ credit score required or if you have no credit we would require a letter of guarantee signed by a parent or guardian.
3.) No Delinquent Debt/s or item/s in Collections.
4.) Applicant/s must make a total of 2x the monthly rental rate; This calculation would then be split between all occupying tenants. Or we would require a Letter of Guarantee signed by a parent or guardian.
5.) $30 fee per applicant. All “tenants” must apply and be approved. Application fees are non-refundable.
6.) Background, credit, and previous rental history check is included in the application.
7.) This rental is not section 8 approved.
8.) Must have no previous evictions.
9.) No violent, drug, or property damage charges.
10.) No felony charges.
11.) All properties are non-smoking.
